Breaking news : Manchester United opens contract talks with super key player , as the are begging with fresh talks to stay .

 The Italian journalist reported on his Here  We Go podcast that both parties want to  start talking about a possible contract extension.  This comes only days after the Spanish  goalkeeper was interviewed by UEFA,  in which he expressed his wish to continue  playing at the Theatre of Dreams.  The 31-year-current old's contract with  the Red Devils will expire at the end of the  season, but it is believed that the Spaniard  has the option to prolong his stay for another year.  "I suppose it'll take some time to sign  a new contract, to agree on a new contract,"  Romano added. Man United, on the other  hand, wants to talk to De Gea this week.
