Breaking news: Ralf Ragnick finally opens up on the line up he will pull to wreck Newcastle despite the COVID outbreak.

Everything is in upheaval as the Omicron

variation wrecks havoc on the football schedule.

Due to squads being affected by many Covid

-19 cases over the weekend, only four of the

scheduled ten encounters were played, with

a Manchester United game falling prey for

the second time — the first being a trip to Brentford

, and the second was Saturday's visit to Brighton.

More encounters could be canceled, according

to rumors, and the Premier League may cancel

the festive fixtures scheduled for December

28-30 to relieve the pressure on clubs.

So much is up in the air that it's difficult to look

too far ahead, but United should be back in

action on December 27 when they travel to

Newcastle to face the Magpies.

Ralf Rangnick only had seven players available

for Saturday's postponed encounter, but maybe

more of his squad will be ready in a week.
