Breaking news: Ralf Ragnick sends a letter to Manchester United board ,as he wants them to sign wolves player that he claims to be this dream midfielder.
The Red Devils have endured a turbulent
season and are looking for a new midfielder
to add to Ralf Ragnick’s options, and the
sun believe they are keen to secure a deal
for Portuguese star Neves.
Neves, 24, has just two years left on his
contract and recently spoke about his
desire to play Champions League football
- and could be tempted by the allure of
playing for a club of United's stature.
The club have been keeping tabs on Neves
since the summer, it says, adding that Ole
Gunnar Solskjaer was a big fan of the
player before he was sacked.
Neves is happy at Molineux but is unlikely
to commit his future beyond the two remaining
years on his deal as he looks ahead to
the next stage of his career, the report
goes on.
The former FC Porto star played the
full 90 minutes in Wolves' shock 1-0 win
at Old Trafford on Monday night and is
believed to have caught the eye of club
officials.
The Red Devils have been linked with
a handful of midfielders this month, including
RB Leipzig's Amadou Haidara - who
previously worked under Rangnick
at the German club.
Rangnick will be keen to secure some
recruits amid disharmony in the dressing
room, with Sportsmail reporting this
week that players believe the atmosphere
had been the worst it had ever been at the club.
