Breaking news: As Manchester United owners the glazers finally opens up on Mauricio pochentino transfer to Manchester United as a successor to Ralf Ragnick.

 Manchester United are 'increasingly confident

' in appointing Mauricio Pochettino as their 

new manager, and it appears they will not 

have to pay a fee.




PSG has been led by the 49-year-old since 

January 2021. The Parisians are currently 

11 points clear at the top of Ligue 1 and are 

a strong contender to retain their title. 

However, after taking over from Thomas 

Tuchel in the Parc des Princes dugout last

 season, the Argentine was unable to win 

the French top flight. 


Despite finishing second to Lille, they 

were able to capture the Coupe de France

 trophy on May 19. Pochettino has been at PSG

 for little over a year, but there has never been

 the sense of a long-term partnership. 


Indeed, there are ties to the United States.

  Man Utd have announced on their official   website that Ralf Rangnick will hold his first  press conference as Manchester United  interim manager on Friday morning. They stated: It was announced on Monday that the highly  respected German will take charge of the Reds  until the end of this season, before continuing  in a consultancy role for a further two years. The process of applying for a work permit  meant that Rangnick could not manage United  in tonight’s fixture against Arsenal at Old  Trafford, where Michael Carrick will continue  his role as interim.  We are delighted to confirm that Ralf’s  permit has now been approved and he  will be officially unveiled in front of the media  on Friday morning. Ralf will presumably look forward to his first  match in charge of United, against Crystal  Palace in the Premier League at 14:00 GMT  on Sunday.
