Official : Darren Fletcher former Manchester United assistant coach gets a new job ,congrats to him , he is following Carrick’s footstep.

On matchdays, Darren Fletcher has taken

up the job of Manchester United caretaker

 manager Michael Carrick.

Fletcher, who was in the dugout for Ole

Gunnar Solskjaer's final match as manager

at Watford, was promoted to a more senior

first-team coaching job at Villarreal and

Chelsea last week.

In both games, Fletcher wore an earpiece

to communicate with the United analysts

, a role that had previously been allocated

to Carrick when Solskjaer was the manager.

At Chelsea, the belligerent Fletcher

routinely vented his frustrations on the fourth

official, earning the fury of the opposing

fans. Fletcher is a part of Carrington training

complex, but he has also watched games

from the press box with the analysts

 and directors.
