Official: Done deal !! As Manchester United have an agreed deal to sign 49 year old manager , which will replace Ralf Ragnick after this month ,as he arrives old trafford this morning.

 


The Red Devils are reportedly looking to 

appoint the 49-year-old former Tottenham 

Hotspur manager as their new permanent 

manager in the summer to replace Ralf 

Ragnick , according to the Daily Mirror.


Despite his current position as manager

 of Paris Saint-Germain, Pochettino is 

described as the "number one candidate"

 to take over at Old Trafford this summer. 


The French club is presently in first 

place in Ligue 1, but the Argentine is 

expected to leave in the summer, according

 to the report. 


Pochettino has been on Manchester 

United's radar for "many years," according

 to the article, but the Red Devils have 

failed to sign him. 


Rangnick is set to take on a consulting 

role at Old Trafford when his contract expires.

  Man Utd have announced on their official   website that Ralf Rangnick will hold his first  press conference as Manchester United  interim manager on Friday morning. They stated: It was announced on Monday that the highly  respected German will take charge of the Reds  until the end of this season, before continuing  in a consultancy role for a further two years. The process of applying for a work permit  meant that Rangnick could not manage United  in tonight’s fixture against Arsenal at Old  Trafford, where Michael Carrick will continue  his role as interim.  We are delighted to confirm that Ralf’s  permit has now been approved and he  will be officially unveiled in front of the media  on Friday morning. Ralf will presumably look forward to his first  match in charge of United, against Crystal  Palace in the Premier League at 14:00 GMT  on Sunday.
